  Longest line I've ever seen at a bank, but they kept it moving and the service was helpful

  I called the Lucky Store where this bank is located in the store and they told me as of November 5,2020,this branch is still temporarily closed,but Google Maps stated on November 2,2020 that this branch reopened.Was this an error by Google Maps? This branch is now open after a 10 month closure.

  I've been banking with Wells Fargo since I was 15 and is now currently 18 years old. The line have always been so long which is a huge minus but overall, the customer service has been great for me. As soon as I turned 18, I opened my own bank account (instead of the minor account) and spoke to Krizhna Soriano. She is an excellent employee of Wells Fargo in Daly City; Provided detailed information on things I needed to know and was very patient and kind. She even sent me a holiday card in December and to me it showed that she really cared about her customers.

  I ask them to change my 100 dollar bill to 20's and 20 dollars for quarters and they told me they won't be able to change it since i have no account in Wells Fargo. Wow! i never had this problem before!

  The people here are Great, they will help you to any questions, no long lines, they go quickly for your turn (: I also like to thank Aracely Garcia for helping me on my accounts. Here is a wonderful employee who also speaks Spanish to help anyone.
