  I went to reopen an account had a very upsetting time with the manager. she really needs education and manners. the owner should think twice of who is worthy of having a position like that. she talks Spanish and she was so rude and telling my husband she never seen a Mexican id 😂bs, that's how stupid and rude she is. thank god they have other friendly, well educated, and kind staff there. I really like this bank and because of a ignorant person isn't going to change my mind

  The slowest bank I've ever been too. Understaffed or unmotivated.

  I received good customer service from this WF location when I went in to talk to a personal banker not a teller. He actually seemed like he knew what he was doing. I've never actually used the teller services here, so I can't rate that.

  the worst banking experience I every had, I waited for an hour for a banker and no one showed up although there wasn't any one who's waiting except me. I got mad and I left.
