::I was trying to cash a gift check from my uncle who banks with Wells Fargo. They are not doing walk-in teller service at this time and only by appointment. However the signs on the door doesn't mention if non-customers can use the drive up teller. I called while in the long line to be told they only have one teller working after the holiday. Due to poor management they are understaffed at the Oxon Hill branch which is not fair to anyone. Inexcusable to say they just don't have anyone else to work. Please spare the excuses, take time to hire the right candidates that are trainable and equip them for success. You waste our time and company time hiring these people who do not want to work. Thanks to S. Alabama SE branch for assistance turning my inconvenience into a positive today!!

::Had to open bank accounts for my teenage sons and the gentleman who assisted us was remarkable!! He was patient and included them in the process and even offered them tons of financial awareness & planning advice. The manager also came over, although he needed to ask our representative a non related question he first acknowledged us, introduced himself and then asked if we minded the brief interruption (which was no more than 30/45 seconds). We were there a little past closing and needed to do a final deposit. A young lady who was a teller kindly assisted us despite not having to as she was technically closed. I haven't been impressed with any company's customer service in so long that I HAD to leave them a positive review. This is now my preferred Wells Fargo banking location. Thank you!!

::This Well Fargo location is the absolute worse… customer’s can’t go inside the branch to handle business… the drive-thur is ALWAYS busy… the ATM’s rarely work. They’re using the pandemic as an excuse for poor customer service. I’m glad I didn’t close my Navy Federal account!

::This bank doesn’t deserve any positive stars. I just spent an hour waiting in line to make a withdrawal. Clearly I have more than enough for my withdrawal. I finally make it to the teller just to be told I need to speak with a banker who couldn’t find a reason not to give my money. She then states I need to stand in line again to see the teller. She refused to give my balance on my accounts and is about to find out how much control they don’t have over my money. Bye bye Wells Fargo. This location just cost you a loyal customer for many years!
