  This is the most idiotic set of people I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. I just opened up my account. The first banker told me I could use my funds right away. I go to a restaurant and I'm declined. I call customer service and they told me they hold the initial deposit but I can go to the ATM to withdraw funds. So I go to the ATM and get an error code. After waiting I get a extremely dumb personal banker named Sadie who tells me it's nothing they can do because the account was opened online. She has me to wait after speaking with Saulo her manager to tell me I'm unable to access any of my funds because of policy (I know she was lying to me). Her and the manager Saulo are imbeciles. I can't wait for my deposit to clear so I can close the account. I'm staying away from Wells Fargo and if you're wise you would do the same.

  I've been attending this bank for several years now and I've never had a bad experience. The staff is always helpful and professional

  The lines were ridiculously long and the workers are very incompetent. I spent 20 min in a regular line and when I got to the front of the line, about to be assisted, a lady comes out and tells me to go to the merchant room where I can be assisted. I assumed I would be helped but I waited another 15 minuets. What made me even more furious is the fact that there were at least 3 more workers in the back doing nothing. If you’re in a rush, don’t come to this bank.

  worst branch ever, I'd highly advise everyone to go the extra miles, manager is rude, tellers barley know how to do their job, I literally had to go way to a different bank to pull off 5$! Just because they manager and some heavy girl didn't know how to do there job 😭. So happy to leave Wells Fargo, they steal money out of your account too fyi.
