  Went to get something notarized and they would not do it because I didn’t bank there.

  No customer service even after being customer for 5 years. They made me so mad that i am closing my account at wellsfargo and opening at chase. No loyalty show to their own longtime customer. If everything can be done on the app am i a fool to go to the bank wait in line and then get this answer. If i am at the bank with all my money and documents and i still need to use the app wow😂😂🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

  I own a business and I care about my customers . Wellsfargo don’t care, when they are done with you , they will throw you out .
