  Horrible service. Visited the branch to withdraw some money and they treated me as a criminal. Like if I was robbing the place. I would never visit this branch again or recommend anyone else to visit there.

  You need to be open earlier. Instead of 10-6 it should be 8-6!

  I recently closed with Wells Fargo on a VA refinance. Loan officer Anna Simolacaj promised a smooth and painless process. She kept her promise. Dealing with the VA is difficult to say the least, but, she took it all in stride. The "Loan Tracker" process enabled documents to be sent electronically and made the process easier. My mother passed away during the process and Anna went above and beyond professional to help me through these difficult times. Thank you, Anna!

  Customer service is slow. So much employess walking around acting like they are working but they are just talking to other employees or getting food. IF YOU CAN GO TO ANOTHER.
