If you're not one of their regulars, or ______ please be prepared to be interrogated like you are stealing money out of your account or putting money into your account! Hence, I used my bank card with the chip and PIN number.. I was still asked to provide I.d to put money in my account. I wasn’t there to withdraw funds, I was there to deposit.. Really!! They automatically thought that I was up to no good. Im only an out of owner, who wanted to pay my bills on time. It was getting Iate so stopped in to handle my business. Luckily, I was on my best behavior that day.. I'm not paranoid by far, I know the rules of banking and a lot of things that they did that particular day, was all discretionary ..Ive been banking with Wells Fargo for years, and I've never felt so disrespected. They need more customer service training!! Hence, this branch is somewhat diverse however their mentality isn’t!!

I opened an account because I was misled into thinking this bank was better than any other bank i had before. I had opened this account and was using it as a business account to avoid paying extra fees I couldn't afford to pay. As a non profit organization, i receive donations and grants. I went into the office that opened my account BELLE MEADE PLAZA branch. I had received a check as a donation and went to the branch to see if it was a legit payment. The teller was friendly. He must have misunderstood the whole conversation because I clearly stated I wanted to know if this check was real before i put it into the account. He was gone for 30 minutes and came back and told me it was a legit payment because he called the bank who issued the check. He asked if I was depositing it into my account and I said yeah. Now this was 2 months ago. I wish there was no star option. This bank handle the situation wrong. Instead of notifying me their customer to inform me after i was told it was legit by their teller that the check bounced and was alert to the fraud department. I still to this day haven't received anything from the stating why I wasn't informed. Do not assume that people are up to no good. Banks have targeted me in the past: fsnb and bank of America after being a victim of theft and closing my accounts and then reporting it to chexsystems like i was in the wrong. Then lying about it stating it was not reported when I have the copy of the report from chexsystems with the banks names and reasons for the closures. No fraud was committed on my part. No atm abuse was committed if you have the money in the account and the money is your own money in the first place. You can report negative stuff to harm people credit but deny it when people get on here telling google about their experiences with each banks. If you have one or more complaints as customer service representatives, you need to take initiative to what is going on. There should not be more than one person experiencing the same thing. That means you as the bank do not care to change. I had accounts with regions , suntrust and us bank. These banks take initiative in any concerns and fix problems. Due to your report to chexsystems i have been denied to open another account at any bank. As a business owner I have to have an account to receive state funding. It is sad that you treat people like this. Charging overdraft fees when a person account is not set up for overdraft payments: bank of America and fsnb. Charging extra hiding fees and allowing someone else who is not on my account to access the account and then turn around and say your payee. What payee? I opened the account by myself. Smh. Ridiculous shenanigans

Very professional and charismatic ladies. Great service, despite not giving me a million dollars. Maybe next time. Thank you.

Go to another branch. Needed assistance and this guy spent more than one hour smilingly figuring out how NOT to help me. Although the main office told him to go ahead he kept calling until he found someone to say he couldn't help me. Why did I wait? The task was simple and the main office told him to go ahead. It ended up an exercise in southern charm obstructionism.
