  My wife and I recently stopped by this new location in Capitol Hill to open an account together. We were surprised by how warm and helpful the staff here was. We'd both been Wells Fargo customers prior to this, but had always had the typical banker/customer experience (impersonal, but efficient). The staff here was far different, they treated us more like friends, not customers. They made paperwork for us easy and were helpful beyond the norm. This is definitely the branch we will be visiting for all our future banking needs.
