::The Wells Fargo at 394 Route 376, Hopewell Junction, NY 12533 has the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. I try my best to avoid even going in the location unless absolutely necessary. Today, I went in to inquire about savings bonds I had received years ago. I asked for the teller to let me know the value of each bond. He was confused and another woman came over to help. She started rambling on about how it takes thirty years for bonds to fully mature and that I would only make "pennies on the dollar now." Never once did either of them actually tell me how much the bonds were worth. This isn't even the first time I've had issues at this location. I cannot wait to leave Wells Fargo banking.
