::Tried to make a withdrawal from my IRA at this branch, which is something I’ve done at others very quickly and easily. I understand this isn’t a very common thing, so I try to cut them some slack. But I’ve done it before, and only a few weeks prior. I go in and try to get this done, the teller gets a manager over, who in turn hands me off to a banker, who then wants to call brokerage services again for who knows what. I’m not sure if it’s this branch, or if Wells Fargo is just terrible at communicating the procedures for something like this, but it’s super frustrating. I will go back to the branch that’s farther away from me who will at least not waste my time.

::This is the WORSE branch ever. I've had nothing but problems here. Ryan the teller is RUDE and arrogant continues to talk over you. His customer service is awful!! Bianca the manager just allowed him talk to customers like that and didnt say anything. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BANK OR LOCATION TO ANYONE. I had to take time off of work to make them fix their mistakes.

::Really nice people and all but when I was taking care of issues with the banker all of a sudden I had to use the RESTROOM! but instead of letting me use their facility's they made me RUN ACROSS THE STREET! To the corthouse to relieve myself. Im confused about why they DONT HAVE RESTROOMS FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS.

::They care about Efficiency more then customer service.the girl with the puffy curly orange red hair is the rudest person i have ever met. They will make you go to her instead of making sure your happy as a customer. I come to this bank for work and for personal i will be switching my bank after talking to the manager and her saying efficiency is more important then customer service! The old manager was amazing. Sad to see her go when she left so did the customer service. The only good person there now is Jessica she is so nice and friendly.
