::The people from this bank is very rude and they have preferences with the others, I came last week and one of the bankers was so rude, telling me that I had to wait at least 45min to be help and I had to go because I had a meeting at my work that I couldn't wait the 45min... But today I wrote my name in a paper that they have to follow the people's time for appointment and being helped... And it comes a guy and smile to a lady from the other site and the lady said wait for me 5min and I'll take care of you... This is so disrespectful and I belive that's not professional or ehtic... You're suppose to follow the paper list to help the customers who has other things to do than wait 45min to be helped...
