  I’ve had my account with Wells Fargo for over 2 years now, this is the closest branch to my house so I’m pretty much always there. Every other branch has been great at CS when ever I have a problem or complaint they try to help me in the nicest way, but in this specific branch tellers and manager have been so rude and disrespectful every time I have a complaint about the service, that the last time I was there I wanted to close my account. 3 people gather just to tell me to do it, including the branch manager Jose. I didn’t have my passport with me so I couldn’t do it right away, when I went to other branch to do it after that they actually convince me to stay with them and they apologize for what happened there, telling me it’s nos the first time it happens.

  This bank location is very small from all other banks, parking could be better, it seems to be busy most of the time...only reason why I gave this location a 5 star is because of one particular bank teller named (Audrey), I've dealt with her for many months and I'm very satisfied with her service, she recently relocated to this location, which is out of my way but I'll continue dealing with her. Audrey is a bank teller you can trust and feel comfortable with, she is very knowledgeable, as if she was the manager of the bank, smiling and focuses on taking care of your needs.... I highly recommend her A++++

  This bank most times tends to be busy you could wait anywhere from 5 min to 20 or more. However the tellers are doing their job and most of these customers are rude which tends to slow everything down. Not giving 5 stars due to the wait time.

  Excellent Customer Service skills. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is because it's always full. Long wait time frequently.
