::Have to wait 30 min in line to deposit money to my savings acc have you 2 tellers open u have a bigg line and have 3 ppl walking around one man standing by the door saying hello and goodbye, like hello open another reg and take care of the ppl on line . The teller taking there sweet time asking about ppl life and how many kids they have like your here to wk not interrogate

::Never had a problem here especially because of Edwin DeLarosa. He has been the best banker to me I could possibly ask for. I walk in and go straight to him whenever I have any questions. Edwin has always assisted me no matter how busy he is and makes sure whatever the problem is gets resolved. (the problem is usually something on my end lol) The tellers all have been extremely nice and patient with me and trust me that goes along way because I'm all over the place and extremely busy. I will not bank anywhere else because of the employees. They take customer service and give it a new meaning. Im happy with this bank because of its employees and the customer service they provide. Wish I could give you guys a hundred stars THANK YOU!!!!

::Do not bank here!!! They gave me a counterfeit $20 so when i went back in they said once i leave out the door it's not their problem and I'm responsible for checking my money!! I don't get paid to detect fraudulent bills when going to a bank u shouldn't feel you have to bring a counterfeit marker with u. The manager.. "zulainie ocasio-maza" was horrible she was worried more about getting ppl out the bank then about wondering why fake bills are in the bank

::I am very disgusted with this bank. I completed a refi and went to deposit my check for the cash out portion and they treated me as if I was a thief. They wouldn't deposit my check. I am a professional and a Wells Fargo customer for years! I had to ask the title company to reissue a check and not even then would they allow my check to clear for 7 days!!!! When I had bills to pay with that. They are rude and condescending. Shame on you for treating loyal customers this way!
