  OK, so Wells Fargo has gotten a bad rap lately with all the allegations of fraudulent accounts. However, there are GREAT employees still left that provide outstanding customer service. I received such service when I went to this branch about two weeks ago to use their free notary service. Al Velasco was so helpful and very personable--I truly felt that he cared about me as a person and made my trip very painless and worthwhile. He truly went above and beyond. When/if I'm ready to change banks, I will give WF a chance because of the excellent service I got from Al while I was there.

  Great customer service, I'm not even a customer and I got good service. I was just cashing my payroll check. I was in and out quick and easy!
