  That teller Mohammed is a racist. He immediately assumed my 'race' and then kept pretending to speak in "my" language. I told him I only speak English, and that I am just here to take care of what I came in for, not for a social call. What is his problem? How would he like it if I came in and assumptions about him and started saying some offensive words in Arabic or whatever? Utterly rude and absolutely clueless! I called the manager of this branch., but she never followed up, even after several attempts to resolve this. Apparently racism is not enough of a concern to her. That's why this location is horrible, and I hope Mohammed is fired.

  Nice bankers and there is always someone who greets you. I believe it was just newly opened in 2016 so it's a brand new facility and is extremely clean.

  I just have to say this bank is a life saver!! I think they're customer service is TOP NOTCH! They were able to save me from NUMEROUS overdraft fees because they could see it was the difference between me eating from a store or eating off the floor. It might not have been that extreme but they took the time out to help me and I don't let things like that go unnoticed. Even if the bank itself is run by money hungry monopoly men, the people at this particular branch, and many others in the past, are filled with kind people that look at you like you are more than just a negative or plus dollar sign. They see you as another person just trying to make it in this crazy beautiful world..... ok I will get off my soap box. I just wanted to say Thank You again.
