  Edelys ,personal banker, was very welcoming and kept in touch with me to reassure my account and debit cards were orderly processed! I recommend this bank !

  Worst customer service and that is saying something, because I experienced it twice. I have never been to a place that not only stare at you inappropriately, but also seem to not want to do their job. They were so rude, I was even thinking of closing my account there. I am originally from California and this would never happen there, maybe because it's the east coast and the bank does not have the same level of service, it was so bad and I hate to say this as an excuse, but it was borderline racism.
