  Not enough tellers. There are long stretches of time when no one is even helping people waiting.

  Sad to see how miserable this people look day by day. I am here twice a week just to find the teller work harder and get more burnt out every time I am here! I see the manager walking around looking at an endless line and do NOTHING to alleviate them. Just an observation, at another WF branches that I’ve been the manager has a window to help their tellers. This doesn’t happen here

  Sad to see a once vibrant and customer oriented bank get this bad. The bankers where too busy chatting among themselves and made me wait for a while for getting help with wire transfer. I decided to leave and try another bank. Don’t waste your time with this branch.

  Made me wait an hour and took multiple clients before me for no apparent reason. Then were extremely rude the whole time and refused to notarize my papers. Great job WF! Great job rebranding after your huge scandal a few years ago.

  Would give 0 stars if I can. Martha is soooo unprofessional my entire life and I’ve banked with so many never have I encountered a person who works at a bank have so much attitude when all I asked was if they could change our coins. Sad because we have a business account with them, I told my boss we should find a different bank and she agrees. Worst than our other bank.
