  didnt help me open an account at all got pretty much kicked out from the entrance. this was the third branch i went to today to open up account, what a disgrace.

  This is my home branch that I visit on a regular basis. Shout out to Araceli as she is the reason I am editing this review for the positive. Emily and all the ladies who work here are beyond nice and helpful too. They are the best at greeting me and knowing exactly what I am there for. But Araceli goes above and beyond with her kindness and conversations.

  This location has really come around and has a strong team. I have had some issues in the past with this branch but have since only had great experiences with the whole team. Everyone is friendly especially Araceli. They are personable and swift in getting my transactions done. They are also knowledgeable on all financial options.

  I love the staff at this bank. Helen and Melissa are the best. They get to know you and can individualize their service to meet your banking needs. There are plenty of Wells Fargo branches in the area, but I always do my banking at the Alpharetta branch.
