  The drive thru teller shorted me $50 then told me he forgot. This is the third time money has been short, never at this amount. My company uses Wells Fargo. I would never especially when the teller does not give you all your money use this location

  This location is admittedly not our main branch however that shouldn’t have been a factor to get better service. We arrived at 4:05 pm to get help with a wire transfer and no one wanted to bother helping us. We explained we had already tried a transfer online thru the app and it was returned in error and therefore needed the help. The teller asked an associate to see if she could help but neither of the 2 other staff members were available and we were asked if we had an appointment. Neither of them were assisting other customers via in person or on the phone. Due to the time of day they could have at least helped us fill out the forms and then offered to run the wire transaction the following morning. We then asked the teller if another location would have someone who could help us but was told they don’t know. She could have picked up the phone and called another one of their branches to inquire for us. We are from out town and expected better effort. If this location would be my regular bank I’d have closed my account immediately.

  I made an appointment for 12 pm today. No service person available so left at 1240. Tried to call general customer service for credit card application and they too were too busy. Took my business to Discover. They answered phone readily.

  Making an appointment online was relatively easy; Paola was very helpful at the branch with my application. But now that she is on maternity leave, I am unable to get a hold of anyone at this branch. Have been trying to follow up and reach the branch manager, Elise, for weeks. The phone just rings and rings and I get the voicemail box every time. Have left multiple voicemails with no reply at all. If I lived closer I would just drive to the branch, but it shouldn't be this difficult to get in contact with someone regardless of the situation.

  I have been a member for 3 years and my daughter for 12. I have always had an awesome experience from the minute I hit the door. I’m treated like my pennies are as important as a millionaire’s money. They greet you in the lobby and make sure you are taken care of. David Davis even sat with me to figure out a financial strategy for my future. What other bank does this? I love the online banking and all the tools at my disposal. Only wish there were more ATM locations because I’m charged by the ATM and the bank when I make a withdrawal from a non Wells ATM. I love my bank and would recommend it to anyone!!!
