  The teller Mohammed is a condescending racist who talks down to you if you "appear" to look Asian. He attempts to speak some jacked up form of various Asian languages to " guess" where you're from. Well I did not appreciate that. I am Russian, but many ignorant folks assume I am Asian. In any case, I do not appreciate this kind of rude assumption-making and the fact that the bank itself did not even attempt to address this incident says a lot. For the record, I didn't walk in and try to speak jacked up Arabic or whatever language I should "assume" Mohammed to speak. Hey I get it, we all make mistakes. But I did inform Mohammed within 5 minutes that I wish to continue speaking in English but he acted like he didn't hear and kept on speaking condescendingly to me as if i didn't speak English. So rude!!!

  Done with Wells Fargo, as they started ripping me off with dubious accounting practices to squeeze money I cannot afford with dubious fees. Moved on to Chase.

  Pretty slow. Been waiting about 20+ minutes to see the only banker on Wednesday afternoon. Not a good place to go if you are trying to use a lunch break to go to a bank.
