::I went in to make a transaction with a personal banker and I asked the front desk guy before I was going to sit down if I had the right documents for the transaction. He stated “yes.” After waiting 30 mins and the bank was going to close... the personal banker told me I didn’t have the correct documents. I just spent 30 mins waiting in the lobby when I could have gone home to grab what I needed after talking to the desk person. As a representative of a Financial company he should have had the tools necessary and accessible to him so that he can answer questions accordingly.

::I've come here atleast 30 times in the past year, and no matter what time of day it is, there is at least a 15 to 45 min wait in life. Get another person at the window!!!!

::This is one of the worst banks out there. I used to bank with Wells Fargo. I cancelled my accounts. This branch is particularly bad. My dad is still banking with them and so I went in for their notary service with my dad. They refused us service and said that they don't do notary. Well, I don't enjoy being lied to. I have received notary service here at least a dozen times. Totally reinforced why I dropped Wells Fargo. Do your self a favor and get with USAA, Navy Federal, or TCF.

::Sat on hold for over 20 mins to talk to a banker then was told one is now available and then sat on hold for 15 mins until I gave up and called the branch on 51st and baseline.
