  The hours on the listing are incorrect. I had an emergency and needed the bank services, and they were still closed in the lobby. there internet listing does not specify there correct hours. In addition the Employees dont care. Store Details Share | 200 Altamesa Blvd E - IN addition the tellers in the drive thru line find reasons to make people waste their time longer. I filled out my paperwork Deposit slip, signed check provided a TX DL. What happens next. The Teller wants additional ID. Wake up Teller and Branch managers, if you need two forms of ID, maybe you should post it in a sign at the drive up area. This way everyone knows, has them ready and saves people valuable time. I am surprised for the money and size of this bank, simple things that can make life easier are just overlooked.. New Issues their new accounts reps need more training badly. It seems I have to repeat my needs and request about 3 times in order for them to get it. They have a bad attitude and try to make people feel like they don't know anything. I am going to shop for a new bank as soon as I use all my checks up. Never, Never To come back to this POS.
