  This bank has incredible customer service. When I was looking around for a bank to open with I was shocked at how I felt like a number with other branches and the coldness of the tellers. At Wells Fargo I felt genuinely welcomed and human. It was the number one reason I opened my account with them. The bank also has great options for people looking to save and they help you with finacial planning. Thank you Wells Fargo! P.S. another great visit to Fells Fargo.   Friendly staff, problem quick solved, and i have been given a temporaly ATM card while i am waitimg mine to be done, they sent it to my post in my country in less than a week.

  Total Crap. The tellers yap and yap about stupid nonsense and the line never moves. It's been like that for MONTHS now. Thank god for ATM machines. A guy named Roberto once ran that branch and it was great. Then he left. Now it sucks. Typical sucky Wells Fargo crap service. Go to the machines.

  I came in to this branch to get some quarter rolls and request some non-RFID credit cards, since mine were expiring soon and I wanted to make sure the company didn't send me wave-to-pay cards as the default. The banker Elisabeth Ewing served me for the latter. Excellent service, had a very friendly and meaningful conversation during the process as well. There are some genuine people left in this world, after all. First time I actually enjoyed my time in a Wells Fargo!
