::So I have been to a lot of different branches of Wells Fargo and usually the service is pretty good but this place doesn’t feel comfortable.. as I was thinking about getting an account here because I have two jobs and one of them is Wells Fargo checks.. but can’t do it because the staff does not make me feel comfortable at all .. I have cashed over 50,000 in checks here. Just does not feel welcoming and they do take a while to cash my check when other branches I go to always try to hard to provide good service and make my visit quick. I work customer service and no matter the customer .. I know my employer wants me to provide great service to everyone no matter what. There is no sense of urgency here.

::I love this branch because it's walking distance from my house, so it makes it easy to bank with them. They always ha e great customer service, the general manager pays attention to all your needs and finds a way to make it better. Great Job guys

::I have been with this bank and visited this branch for the last 10 years. I hold 6 business accounts and I need to exchange dollar bills for coins frequently. The bank has taken advantage of this and has charged me ridiculously; for one roll of pennies($.50), they charge me 1 dollar! On their advertisements they claim to care about small businesses, but they are doing just the opposite with their fees. I recently found out this fee for exchanging bills to coins is at the branch's discretion, and will stop visiting this branch. Because of this, I'm seriously thinking about changing banks.
