  I went in to open a new account. I was blessed with being assigned Associate Personal Banker Sara Fleming to assist me. This woman has a gift for empathetic explanations, and leaves no stone unturned and no question unanswered. This was the kindest and most courteous experience through and through.

  Was a customer for over 8 years and never missed or even made a single late payment... got a letter in the mail that they were closing my account for being too new and inactive.. because they just changed my card to a newer option but promised it would have no effect on my 8 years account history.. I'm only mad about my account history, thrilled to part ways with Wells Fargo

  If everyone could be like Paola and Carol, the world would be a greater place! They treat me, a business owner, fantastic! The other girls there I think could care less about their jobs.. they don't offer to organize the change I need, like how Carol and Paola do.. believe me, it saves me soo much time when I get to work with Carol or Paola. I dread the other employees because I know to them, I'm just another account number..

  The reviews speak for themselves. Been either wells fargo a year they are alright. One thing I don't like is waking up to negative balances. They will claim you had no money for a transaction but your savings account has like 3 transfer covering purchases. They deduct the balance the same day you spend but a day later. "You don't have enough." This joke is a bank no wonder why corporate is failing. Don't use this bank!

  We received the outmost amazing service from Jefferson Brown! He was extremely helpful and truly put in effort to meet our needs! He showed us that we weren't just "another person". Jefferson advocated for us and truly took time and put in effort to deliver the best service possible. We will definitely be sticking to this location. Thank you Wells Fargo!
