::I’ll start with the fact that only 2 tellers are available in busy hours/busy last days of the month for example today is technically the first of the month a lot of us get paid on that time and the management should know this. I’ll give them 2 stars for the fact that the tellers are doing their best but Management needs to fix this because most of us come to the bank during lunch!

::I went to this bank to deposit $1, 400 in cash into my savings account. A teller deposited $600 into my account and pocketed $800. This issue was resolved when the bank reviewed videotape and returned my money. Please beware of shady, fast-talking, distracting tellers and always use a deposit slip when depositing cash.

::The folks that work there are gr8, even security. But the BANK, It's policies, & costs, are exceptionally extravagant! A total of $37.50 for 1 bounced check. After many years of shopping around, & trying other banks, savings, & loans, & credit unions, I went to a much nicer C U. And I am very happy with my choice. However, if you are a nice person, you can cut allot of those costs, by calling the 800, & 866 lines, let them know how they are being problematic, & 9 out of 10 times, I was able to cut this or that cost by just saying the right things. Practice. On the phone, call them, complain, talk about how your kids need this or that, play it till you start getting results.
