  This is the worst branch I have been to. Three times I have gone in to have my name changed and they still cannot do so correctly on my cards. I currently do not have cards do to their incompetence.

  Don't see how Wells Fargo is still in business. Incompetent, dishonest, negligent....way to be Wells Fargo.

  I have being really happy with Wells Fargo for the past 6 years until today when I visited this location. I when in to ask about a car/student loan and the Banker (David D.) seem like he did not care if I qualified or not he just wanted to get me out of the door. I was surprised because it was not a busy day, he just did not wanted to put an effort on his job.

  This company is a joke and a collection of the worst we have to offer in our job force. This is a perfect example of why people hate banks. They have zero communication skills and lack ability to take notes or convey information, thus they feel the need to make 43 calls in 3 days to say the same thing, and they proceed to say they haven't spoken with us on any of the previous calls. (if your calls are "recorded for customer service and training" then do us all a favor and listen to the recordings!! What a cluster of a company, so glad all I have is my mortgage with them and not my bank accounts, I would NEVER bank with a company so incompetent. All the stories you here about them are true!!
