  Worst bank ever, guys I was with you more than 5 years, and came just to ask why my card doesn’t work , you refused me in service, just because I didn’t have international passport , but I had ID and SSN and other documents. And Personal bunker guy was so rude, I came to other office Wells Fargo, and they decided my problem. Immediately changed my checking and safe account to another bank euuuuuu, good luck with that customer service . 😬

  Helpful staff, fast service, adequate parking space, accessible to public transportation and close the Farmers Market, etc.

  I needed cash right away and Tried to cash a check for 2 thousand and they wouldn't let me. After waiting in line for 20 minutes I Had to put my check in the ATM and wait for it to clear to get any cash. This particular branch caused me financial distress. I wouldn't recommend going to this location for any helpful services. The ATM is a better employee than the tellers.
