  Went in for assistance with a credit card, even though I assured them I wanted to meet with someone they pushed me to call corporate to deal with it. I did call, and promptly cancelled my account

  Not a busy location but still require appointment for most services which is annoying.

  Long wait, no communication about the delay. Finally just walked out and went to a different branch.
