  I am in the area for business, and I visited this location, this morning, for the first time. The gentleman, teller, who assisted me was one of the MOST kind, patient, thorough, and PROFESSIONAL, individuals I have encountered in a long while. I regret that I failed to obtain his name. However, my hope is that the Branch Manager will see this review and commend him for being such a valuable employee. VF (Las Vegas, NV)

  didnt help me open an account at all got pretty much kicked out from the entrance. this was the third branch i went to today to open up account m, what a disgrace.

  They wouldn’t let me withdraw money out of a work account that I have. Made me go to another location very inconvenient.

  Miss Campbell is so rude. One of the worst employees they have. Everyone is fairly nice and welcoming but she is one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. Her attitude is through the roof someone needs to fire this girl.

  My account was hacked and I called to block my account yesterday. I was told to go to any location to get a temporary card. The next day I went to the Windward commons location and was greeted by Alex Hernandez it was about 3:50pm. First he told me that I needed an appointment to receive a temporary card and he had to check if they have any left. He proceeded to check with other bank associates and told me that everyone is booked for 4pm appointment's. I told Alex what customer service said and I need a temporary card. He looks at the appointment book like a snobby 5 star restaurant and tells me to make an appointment again "maybe tomorrow" He also said that "customer service doesn't care they we are in the middle of a pandemic" So, I asked to speak with a manager. He said that she was on lunch break. I told him that I would wait. He goes to the back of the bank . A wonderful lady banker says hello as she passes me. I tell her about my situation and she said that she would help me get the temporary card. I guess she went to the back and told Alex to help me. Less than a minute later Alex Hernandez comes back out and says he will help me now. Seriously?? I'm so disappointed with this location. I give the professional african american lady with the twist hair 10 stars. Alex Hernandez gets 0 stars. I don't appreciate being treated like a low class citizen when you work for me. I'm sure Wells Fargo doesn't appreciate it either. Please send him to a proper training class. I don't want to hear about how communication between the branches and customer service is off. It's not my problem. After all of this I was back in my car in less than 5 minutes. I wasted too much time with Alex's complaints when he could have just helped me get the temporary card and go. I won't return to this branch again.
