  I just wanted to say I had an amazing banking experience here. The people are super friendly. Andrew went above and beyond to help me and I really appreiated it!

  Will be closing my banking account with Wells Fargo as they gave me all these perks to having a business account and then every time I come in they seem to take more and more away from their business owners so we'll be going to another bank that treats are business owners with respect

  The best branch I’ve ever been to in terms of customer service. The main manager, Carlos, is phenomenal and the rest of the staff is great as well.

  This branch has a history of incompetent staff, if you are unfortunate enough to have chosen to bank with Wells Fargo use the branch in Belmont Shore. The Long Beach office could not even close our accounts properly, they could not add up the pending transactions correctly (ironic that a bank manager can't do simple math) which resulted in an overdraft 3 days after we shut down our accounts. This affects our credit history. So we are penalized for the error made by staff in the branch, awesome, thanks Wells Fargo....
