  This bank location is very friendly, parking could be better, it seems to be busy most of the time...only reason why I gave this location a 5 star is because of one particular bank teller named (Audrey), I've dealt with her for many months and I'm very satisfied with her service, she recently relocated to this location, which is out of my way but I'll continue dealing with her. Audrey is a bank teller you can trust and feel comfortable with, she is very knowledgeable, as if she was the manager of the bank, smiling and focuses on taking care of your needs.... I highly recommend her A++++

  First of all I would like to put no stars because this Wells Fargo makes me want to switch my bank!!!😡 They have 12 windows with only 2 tellers😰😞! Will somebody please tell me what the freaking windows are for..............if not to put a teller behind them so people don't have to wait in line for 40 damn minutes on a Monday afternoon!😡 And as if that's not annoying & aggravating enough.........the simple lady at the window has the audacity to question me about my bank deposit😞😞? Since when do you ask someone anything when they are depositing money?! I absolutely HATE this Wells Fargo branch!!!! Avoid it if you can the branch at Broad & Market down the street is wayyyyyyy better.......because they supply enough tellers to for the customers & they are much nicer too!! ✌
