  had the worst customer service by one of the managers here. Her name is Vanessa she lost money on account and never even called to say they found it later. So unhappy with her customer service, I was surprised because most wells fargo employees are very friendly and welcoming and as soon as she saw I came in with papers in my hand she gave me a "look" and told me it was gonna take her way too long to do all of that work. I mean last time i checked thats why she has a job. Anyways beware of this supervisor or manager whatever her position is she was not welcoming at all and did not do a very good job in communicating.

  Unprofessional, uneducated, and a waste of time. They make there own rules and will ask you questions for no reason. I would recommend NOT coming here as they will just have you going in circles. Been a member of Wells Fargo for over 15+ years,and this goes on the list of bad locations.

  Anyone who knows me, knows I'm horrible at managing my money. I recently signed up for a checking/savings with Marco (sales manager) and can I say I feel confident that I'm going to have a strong financial support system. He not only has a background in finance but has given me tools to help me manage my money better. I'm looking forward to a great year with this bank. Thank you Marco for your help!
