  No direct experience with this branch so I cannot comment. I can warn all that I fell victim to a rental scam whereas this bank address was communicated to me by the alleged scammer(s). Investigation is ongoing by the state and federal authorities. Please check and check again before you Get involved in these types of transactions. Will post more specific information going forward.

  Wells Fargo is headquartered in SF and this branch is one of the nicest not just in the city but the country. Wells has faced some controversy in recent years but I enjoyed visiting this building.

  This bank is almost totally useless. They don't seem to know the first thing about banking in the 21st century. They claim to do online banking but, if you wish to make a payment to a business, the only way they can do it "online" is for you to command it online, and then they write out a check and put it in the mail. It doesn't matter if you have the recipient's bank account details, they still have to write a check and put it in the mail. Complete waste of time.

  t's unbelievable to read all theses complains and to NOT READ any comments from EXECUTIVES ! SHAME ON YOU BOSSES ! I'm on the phone for 45 minutes waiting for to talk to one of your supervisor!! 45 minutes ! Tell me what I have yo do quit my job and wait for it !?? It's waste of time here I guess also ! How much do you spending on lobbying every month ? that Feds let you humiliate is many people ! No wonder Mr. Buffet sold all your junk papers ! 47 minute and I was transferred to one of your supervisor and his name is ??? his name is ??? his name is ?? Still no luck! still o transfer !? Unbelievable disrespect ! Museum example of the poorest and four letters word service and attitude to human beings from Mr. Stumf's employees ! By the way still nobody ! ? Is any competent manager in this place ? Ok. Finally I talked to Sal Aldaredo (Sorry for misspell) and now Im on the hold will Law's litigation department - but what I'm asking just modify my principal payment ! Is it crazy so simple question and already 58 minutes ! Hello Mr. Stumpf and Co do you smell it? Do smell this Four letters attitude !? It's kind of shame but not for you (((( Im still on the phone waiting for Law's Litigation employees pick up the phone ! Mr. Sal Aladero just kicked me to others like himself - who has nothing to do with customers needs ! Shame on you people ! (((( Total waste time 1 hours 13 minutes !((((
