  I have never seen a looser bank manager like this branch ever. I have account with bank and I went to open a savings account savinaccount , which is a matter of 15 minutes being an existing account holder. I reached in branch at 04:15 but she refused providing services and said that come tomorrow we will be closing soon. Interesting thing is I was the only client in branch. She said we are closing this branch forever. This is totally understandable to me. If Wells Fargo have this kind of branch managers they will close down soon eventually.

  Worst customer service. Incompetent personnel. Not only did they not want to help me with my transaction, (took 30 min to tell me so) but they refused to talk to the branch I had dealt with earlier during the day. Called back an hour later when I had confirmation transaction could be done and again told me not to come and refuse to help and was told lies. Went to the Ellicott City branch and got it all done in 5 minutes!!!

  Good location for an ATM, but this ATM OFTEN does NOT have any cash and today when I went, the machine was turned off. There was no notification as to why? 5/7/21 7:15am. I had to go across the street and use the ATM it in the Royal Farms. Hopefully Wells Fargo doesn’t charge me a surcharge....
