::It's there alright, but at the time of visiting. The screen was shattered.

::Staff was pleasant but completely wasted my time. Walked in told them why I was there, they put me in line. Then the teller said no you need to see a banker. Banker was on a call helping someone else. Then walked off & told me to give her a minute. Time ticks by and she's still busy helping someone else. I ended having to leave because I ran out of time. Wasted about 30 minutes. And no progress towards opening my account. Maybe BofA isn't so bad after all.
