  Information provided: My wallet was lost/stolen. With a special needs kid (kicking and out of control in branch store) Need to purchase his lunch Bus pickup 20 minutes Only picture ID I found was a passport (exp) and my SS Card Today I went in the branch with my 4 y/o to get a temporary card issued and have the new card sent to my address. All was well until Alma Mejia thought that her policy was more important than a costumer. Her instructions we to take 100 bucks go to the DMV with a kid, get a new license and then come back. Poor decision I believe by Alma M. How can anyone else bank here? USArmy Veteran, Casey J.
