  I was greeted when I walked in by a man in a suit. I let him know we just had a tragic loss in our family and I needed to make a quick transaction but could not wait in line. I felt bad and even started tearing up bc I was very emotional but other than that kept my composure. The man said I would have to wait in line like everyone else. It was Extremely uncaring and made me feel unvalued as a wf customer. Plus I was embarrassed bc I was crying. I left without making my transaction : (
