  Don't let me be the determining factor in you choosing this bank, but however: 1. If you need help that you should be able to get when commonly dealing with a bank branch do not expect it here. 2. Prepare for the run around for your issues.... I honestly do not know what has happened to Wells Fargo over the years. I can say at one point in time ..that point in time being 10 years ago this bank as an entire entity was quite decent. Sadly, that reputation does not seem to follow today.

  Never has any cash, I look at both ATMs at this branch as deposit only.
