  I am very disappointed with the service from the staff. Her name is Branda. I have to waiting for 45 mins just for open my savings account. She make me upset because after she knew that I have an appointment later. She still sent Spanish person and told me that you will be after them even they came after me and told me that She doesn’t have a person available to help me. I don’t want to waste my time so long in the bank and never. She let 3 people to each staff and let me wait until I go to the station by myself. Thank you
