::Awful service. The customer service line is a joke. I found unauthorized charges on my account and they said they couldn't help me and suggested that I call the vendors. As if that makes any sense to call a "vendor" that is scamming you. When I asked to speak with a manager, I just got connected to another rep that didn't care either. She said I should call the customer care number back and get someone else instead of a manager then hung up on me.

::It makes it much easier to provide a negative review when I have escalated the situation further up the corporate levels and 23hours later I am still waiting on a call from a representative. Do you care about your retail or small business bankers? I have filed a complaint with the BBB aswell! Because hey I'm on vacation and now that you have held all of my available funds I have nothing much to do but sit on my couch and point out the inefficiencys of Wells fargo!
