::Long wait, sat waiting 20 mins and never even got an acknowledgement that I existed. I'll stick to my primary branches on Gilbert/Guadalupe or Mill/Broadway with excellent service at both.

::This is by far the worst branch ever. Very unprofessional. I was at this branch tonight and had an issue with my withdraw. I spoke with the personal banker there (the heavy set) guy who didn't give me a name, he told me to give him a minute and with no exaggerating I ended up waiting almost 40 minutes while he walked around doing nothing, just laughing with all his other coworker who I'm sure he explained my issue to. See my thing is I'm just like every other customer who is looking for great customer service and if you don't want to help people by doing your job, why come to work? I've been with Wells Fargo for some time now and I can't believe the customer service I received from this guy. For him to say that "theres nothing we could do and if you come back to this branch tomorrow maybe we can help you" I will be closing my wells fargo account as soon as possible. If I could give this branch no stars I really would because that is exactly what they deserve.
