  I love weight watchers; the online component but the women who weigh me every single time are rude. I’ve been a member for almost a year and weigh in weekly.

  The weigh in staff could interact better. Most days,they seem to perform a perfunctory task...I feel that taking a minute to even look at the person being weighed may afford an opportunity for interconnectivity ,albeit brief . This would go a long way in enhancing client satisfaction....
