  Bobby assisted me with the sale of my car. It was not the exact amount that was quoted, but I clearly understood why. He throughly explained the process and showed me exactly the issues that he documented. The price that we agreed upon was fair and way more than a dealership offered for a trade.

  I worked with Andrew D at the Essington Ave location and to sum it all up I walked out satisfied. He was very honest and answered ever single questions. The process was fairly quick. I would definitely recommend him and this company for a hassle free trade.

  Total waste of time! I was very honest and accurate on the questionnaire. Only owner, original color, less than 20K miles on it despite being 5 years old, no ding, no accident, proof of maintenance etc...Got an $11K offer. When I got there I was offered only $5K. When I requested an explanation to the price difference; the guy told me: "I'm not making the price. It is all corporate. I just send the pictures and info to them and they make the price." What a waste of time! Go to Car Max instead. The whole experience and the price given was way more superior.
