  DO NOT I mean DO NOT patronize this place. They are verbally abusive, condescending, exercise poor customer service and encourage you take your business somewhere else. I asked them to provide a warranty or guarantee for a lock and cylinder (because of prior negative experience with their service), and they told me to go somewhere else and hung up the phone. Take your business to Larry the Locksmith in Riverdale. Polite, professional, latest technology, excellent customer service and 90 day warranty.

  You can’t find a locksmith with this much experience in the entire tristate area. Only if they had one in every borough the choice of locks is unlimited..

  Called ahead about a apartment building multikey. Spoke to a heavy accented Latin employee. He said of course they make duplicates. When I arrived, the line was VERY long and employees took their sweet time. Finally spoke to 40something rotund Italian. He was rude, hostile in tone and arrogant. When I inquired about the multikey and informed him I called ahead, he rudely said they don't copy unless I had a card from super. Had I been informed at the PRIOR I would not have traveled 90 min. I wouldn't shop there if it was the ONLY hardware store on the planet. Hope Home Depot opens a location on Fordham and "Vinnie" gets to circle the receipts at the exit.
