  Terrible customer service - come here if you like being ignored. Brought sewing machine and I waited for two weeks without any life from the shop, and there was no way to connect by telephone. I'm picking up my machine and taking it elsewhere. B''H. UPDATE: Finally after many tries I got through by telephone. Usually there was no answer. I called to let them know I'm not happy and I'm picking up my machine, I don't want it fixed any more, and the person on the other end grunted. Didn't even bother to ask which machine, which customer. This also was one of the rare times they actually bothered to pick up the telephone, after letting it ring more than six times. All the other times I called there was just an answering machine or endless ringing. I usually hang up after so many rings. B'H. UPDATE: When I dropped off the machine, I was told the repairperson who looked at it would call me with an estimate, and ask if I wanted it fixed. Of course no one called and I assumed they had forgotten about me. When I came to retrieve my sewing machine, I found that they had fixed it without my approval, and I owed them $75. They also didn't call to let me know it was ready. Evidently, they wanted me to do exactly what I had done, assume they had forgotten about me and take by my machine. Saving the trouble of a few phone calls. The nerve. B'H.

  Hurry they are having a closeout sale on all bikes. Great service a pitty to see them close down.

  Webers is the absolute best place for sewing machines. Man at the front desk is a real professional and knows his stuff. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

  Webers Sewing Machine Shop is the Best!!!!!!!!!!!! They were professional, courteous ,and prompt!!!!!!! And they answered all my questions,so nicely.They fixed my machine and it runs like new!!!!!!!!! And I came in from N.J. just for Weber's to fix my machine!!! It's a joy now to sew! thank you!

  Absolutely awful service, the boss is the nastiest person I've ever met, the bikes are overpriced, and the service is shoddy.
