  I took my tv 1 month ago he said it would take 2 weeks! When I go check on it (because he doesn't answer) he is either on drugs or hangover and opens the door in pj at 1pm????? Horrible customer services! I just want my tv back! Can someone tell him !

  John was professional and knowledgeable about our computer and wireless network. I expected him to be here for at least 3 to 4 hours. He cleared out PC and laptop of bugs and malware increasing speed by maybe 50 to 60 %!! Then networked our Bose speakers, radio, CD player to Voice activation! We are amazed how well he understands what few wires and parts he needed to attach our few devices, making our TV, DVD, music and computers work at a maximum. A quality of sound and ease of operation we never knew was possible. Ha ha. The charges were under $200. Don't. Buy new - maximize what you already own. Thanks John. You know your business!
