  Wayne Ford's service department truly cares about their customers and it shows. The changes they are making to the entire property all seem to be customer focused and the team they have is one of the best. I usually deal with Matt or Bill from service and both of them are of the highest quality. The knowledge they have is amazing and their honesty when dealing with repairs is amazing. They always have at least 3 options for me and it's a great feeling that I am working with them to keep my truck running at it's best. Likewise, the mechanics on staff are always professional and I have never had an issue with my truck after service with something they have done. I recommend them 100%

  Super friendly staff. Took all my concerns seriously and helped me in my decision on keeping my car or turning it in. I ending up turning it in as much as I loved it. I'm very happy with my new vehicle. I highly recommend Wayne Ford. Absolutely no sales pressure....they let you make the decision. And my salesman Steve Arias was a pleasure to work with.

  I recently brought in my 2015 Platinum Expedition to resolve an intermittent issue with the A/C blower for the dashboard vents. While it is not to their credit that it took multiple visits to diagnose the problem, (hence 1 star lacking) intermittent problems are particularly hard to diagnose. What I'd like to focus on was the way I was treated. I was never second guessed, told there was nothing wrong when I brought the vehicle in working fine, or charged for visits when the issue wasn't resolved. I was always cheerfully given a loaner car, regardless of whether I was charged for the service visit or not. When the cause was finally discovered (an overheated electrical connection with a back-order for the replacement from Ford Motor Company), I was given my options. I chose to take the vehicle back until the replacement part arrived. Again, no charge. Now that's service! Came back to their new facility for a 65,000 mile servicing. The entire experience was first class! Not just the facility but the speed of service, the attitude of the staff, and even the coffee and donuts! Thank you!
