::I rarely leave reviews but I believe that this one is well-deserved. Lisa is amazing, she's the personification of a bright ray of sunshine. So sweet, kind, and professional. It also helps that the salon is beautiful and very clean. I have sensitive skin and thought that my break outs from waxing was because of that. After my first visit to Wax Republic, I learned that I have not been going to the right places before. Not a single moment of excessive itching/burning or abnormal swelling afterwards. The pain was minimized as much as possible by Lisa and I could not be happier with the results!

::Having never had anything waxed before, I stopped into Wax Republic to inquire about services for men. The staff was helpful and made me feel comfortable about the services offered. I scheduled an appointment for a few days later and when I returned to the salon I checked in with the front desk and they were immediately ready for me, no waiting whatsoever, which I appreciated given my time was somewhat limited. I had my back, shoulders, and arms waxed, and it was painless despite having preconceived notions that it would hurt, a lot, which it did not. My two cents: good location, trendy space, competent/efficient staff. I recommend Wax Republic to others.
