  I had an awful experience. The man who worked on my feet smelled of cigarettes and looked unkempt. He did not use a cuticle scissor that had been sanitized and put it back in the same bag he took it out of to use on the next customer. He added acetone to the nail polish that he used on my feet. When I went to get my manicure I asked, nicely, if she was going to use a clean cuticle scissor. She got very offended and told me she has been doing this for a long time. I told her the man had not used a sanitized scissor and I was concerned. She told me to ask the other customers then that if I didn't want her to do my nails I could leave. I decided I needed to leave, paid for the pedicure and left. Very few people in a large under staffed (I can see why) place. Busy location, should have been busy, miserable attitude. Don't go there.

  Wonderful experience! The only reason I didn't go with 5 stars is because I still had some hair left after the full Brazilian. Next time, I think the time should be taken to tweeze every hair for the amount of money that is spent.

  the BEST OF THE BEST wax studio. the new wax is so much better. she NEVER misses an inch. i'm a hairy guy who hates hair so i know waxing studios. she can do my ENTIRE body. back chest legs arms face -ears, nose. many waxers don't take hairy men. she is wonderful
